Holding on for hours!

<p>I have been trying to get hold of a contac centre agent in the sales department in order to inform them that the address they keep trying to deliver my order to is not the correct address.</p> <p>I have however been holding on for about an hour each time I call with no answer from an agent.</p> <p>I specifically gave them my work address to deliver to because I will not be home for the delivery, but even after two agents called me and confirmed the work address, they still get it wrong.</p> <p>It is now my problem to try to get them to deliver it to the correct address. But I can't even get hold of a contact centre agent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Highly irritated, annoyed and disappointed in the customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Anisa</p>
