holding for over 40 minutes to report a fault telephonically<br> that after paying for over a year for a 10 meg line, and only getting 3, on a good day<br> and reporting that very fault over 8 times via the preferred sms route:<br> <br> what more can i say?<br> <br> a joke?<br> <br>
