Holding forever to upgrade

<p>I have been receiving emails and smses nagging me to upgrade. I phone the 10213 number listed and all I do is hold.<br />I was waiting 63 min yesterday and today 52 min so far,<br />What is the point of telling me to upgrade but then making me hold indefinitely?</p>
