holding for more than 30minutes

I have been holding on the phone for more than 30 minutes to get an upgrade on my Telkom number. I cannot believe that this is how long one needs to wait before anyone can attend to my call. You want clients but cannot care for your existing clients!? i am just annoyed and disappointed at how I am being treated. It is just terrible!
