HOLDING FOR CALL CENTRE AGENTS TO ANSWER PHONE

I have a problem with my e-mails and when you need technical assistance, the call centre is overloaded with calls. I have been waiting for an hour, and the call centre voicemail is just repeating itself over and over. If I hear the voice over one more time, I am going to loose it! It is probably the most useless service in South Africa. I wish I never ended up with a telkom e-mail address. There is no excuse for such bad service.
