holding for 50 min

<p>i have been hoding for Telkom for 50 min for someone to check if i qualify for a contract, after that 15 min of hilding they cut the call on me, now my question is how long can it honestly take a person to check that? and if it is taking too long were they no trainned to inform the client that they must continue holding sas its taking too long.</p>
