Hold time will bring chrismas here faster!

<p>I have been trying to get a land line installed into my place for a month now and every time I call in to find out how far my order is, I get placed on hold. whilst I am writing this I am on hold and have been for the last 25min after an advisor has answerd the call and said she is going to read the notes that have been writen on the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Either there is a book load of notes that have been writen down that it takes 25min to read, or the advisor has no intention of helping me. I also do not understad how it will take longer than a month to get a technition out to my house to activate the line.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is sad that telkom is the only service providor that can install lines into your house and has the monopoly. May be if there were more service providors out there to create more of a costomer srevice quality, they might upgrade on thiers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well after 27min on the "on hold call" the line has just dropped, which just shows that no intention to help was there to bigen with.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am frustrated with this and I do not think I am the only one. Does anyone know of another servise providor that can get me internet at my home with good service and helpful staff, I do not mind paying more for good service.</p>
