Hold for 40 minutes to have nothing done anyway!!

I spent 42 minutes on the phone to telkom on the 28th April to get a cancellation by my tenant on a line closed so that I can take out a new service. It SHOULD have been closed on the 13th April after she gave the months notice (also a ridiculous requirement). After finally getting through to an agent, she assured me that she had closed the order/cancellation while i was on the line, but surprise surprise the new service order was blocked again on the 29th April due to the order still pending. IM TRYING TO TAKE OUT A SERVICE AND YOU CANT EVEN MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR ME!! I spent 20 minutes holding today before giving up to write this. I hate you telkom, I sincerely hope your company burns to the ground.
