Hoffic Service from telkom Mobile

horrific service.

I have a Telkom Wi-Fi router Sim Only contract i took with them in 2015. In August I called Telkom customer care to try and find out some discrepancies in my account as i was paying R205.pm but when the debit order order went off i was charged R518. When i called Customer care I was met by a very Rude call center Agent Who would Assist me saying I answered one of the security questions wrong SHE Refused to Assist me.

I went to one of the stores in Three Rivers Vereeniging to get Assistance.. the Store also referred me to the same call center where I received no Assistance.

When I asked about the Complaints line I was told to write an email. the processes of the email is tedious
