Hoekom geen diens TELKOM

I will load a complaint against you guys from here on every week since you don't follow up on my upgrade request. Between your call center and stores you guy don't know what you are doing. I want to upgrade my one line. The store refer me to the call center and the call center refer me to the store. I am now done calling you guys and driving to your stores which just waist my time.

You guys must change your names to Hoekom..... Since it seems you staff just ask Hoekom ( why) help this client. Let him just struggle.

With Vodacom and MTN reducing rates you better look after your clients since your poor service leaves me with no desire to stay with you guys. If MTN or VODACOM offers a better deal to me anytime soon I am gonna move away if you guys dont want to assist with the upgrade request.
