Ho much more must I do to get stable ADSL which I am paying for

It is now months that I have been complaining about the instability of our ADSL line and all I get is a lot of hot air, people floating through my house to my irritation and 'it is fixed' does not last for one day, Instead of a 10 Meg line that i am paying for assuming 24/7, the line drops at such short intervals that it can not be used. Solly from Open Serve was the last assurance that I got, we took it down to 8 Meg and it is now fine. This fine lasted until he was around the corner and then it was back to the useless normal situation. Can Telkom and its equally empty promises sub-contractor please fix the thing once and for all?
