Highly upset!!!

I’m having an awful experience with Telkom. I went and got 2 data SIM cards at Telkom I was told it’s 79 each and there would be an activation fee that will be deducted the first payment went off of R180 I then went back to Telkom stating they deducted more then what they should the consultant said it was for the activation I then said okay and left the second month money was deducted however the one SIM card was not working I then went back to Telkom to ask why that is they then said because it’s been suspended I asked how that is because they debiting from my account apparently the activation fee was R99 which I was not aware about because I was not told I then said okay it’s fine it can be deducted when they deduct the new months payment within the new month on the 26th of March a R461.92 was deducted from my account and on the 1st of April another R79 was deducted nobody can explain to me as to why it was deducted I’m so upset I’m requesting a a full refund but nobody can answer me!!!!!
