Highly unsatisfactory service from Telkom and Openserve

To whom ever wants to open an account with Telkom or OpenServe, stay away. We have been struggling with both companies for over a month now to have a fibre line installed. We have placed numerous orders but none seem te get captured on their system. When an OpenServe technician finally comes, he assesses the installation, and then without any word or warning, gets in his car and leaves the property. Upon calling to find out what is going, the call centre agent is unhelpful and does not know what is going on. Furthermore, a technician calls to confirm an appointment, but the doesn’t show up until you call them, and their response is “sorry, I got assigned to another job”.
