Highly unreliable and ***********

I've been waiting all day for their technician to come and install my landline and now almost time them to knockoff and its only now when I call for the second time they telling me about faulty cables when asked if I'd be notified should their be any delays this sucks big time day wasted and all they can say is sorry...total nonsense.
