Highly irritated and disappointed

My data line was deleted a week ago by telkom. I've logged calls, spoken to technicians and found out today that they have given the line to someone else. I still dont have my data line fixed. My line has been cancelled twice by telkom without me knowing in the last 4 months. With constant account problems.
