Highly frustrated

I am still harrased daily for a bill that is not my fault, can someone help me to go to the small claims court? Please i need help, i cannot have call centers phoning me and threatening leters on a daily basis. I would gladly pay it i was at my fault, but i am not at fault and this is a principal thing. They keep on saying they are going to take me to court, please do. See my first measage in 2019 with the entire explination, this is getting out of hand. If a lawyer can help me at the small claims court he can take all the money i would like them off my back and they must pay for my suffering and mental abuse.
