For a first time contract holder with Telkom I am very disappointed. My first invoice came with a different name and address. I do not know who Kgomotso Moatshe is but that's the name on the contract. I have been unable to speak to an agent to fix this because there are no relevant options on their Chat line on WhatsApp or even on the telephone line.
