Highly disgusted in Telkom call Centre

Telkom has become a real pain in my ass of late.. I call the call Centre to find out if payment went thru I gave the girl named Thulisile my security details and she tells me it doesn't allow it she can't help me, but yesterday when I spoke to another agent Named sififo/ sifiso he could help me just like that with my details I had no problem at all, now all of a sudden I have a problem. now wth is going on with telkom I am seriously not impressed I waited for who knows how long to speak to the manager named MENZI and still never spoken to him.. I am highly disgusted in there service then she still has the nerve to try and raise her voice to a client.. Please get this sorted out and I would like use to get back.
