Highly disappointed, no resolution to my problem, no service

I rate no stars as I received no service whatsoever from Telkom at Matlosana Mall and also Telkom call centres as a whole. No one is willing to assist and resolve my payment quiry. I am trying to make payment arrangements but even this proves impossible. When phoning the call centre I am told to go in store and when I go in store the sales assistant who signed multiple contracts with me blatantly refused to assist saying I must phone billing. Even proceeded to speak to me in a very condescending manner stating its not his department or responsibility to sort this out. I left without any resolution to my problem. I am DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED IN TELKOM AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THEIR SERVICES.
