Highly disappointed as first time customer

I took a contract phone with telkom promenade mall branch on the 23 september 2017 Saturday. The phone had battrey life issues, i then returned it to store the following Saturday. I was told the phone can only be repaired not replace as the 7 day warranty has elapsed,which i did not understand how because the call center said its fine i can send it back Saturday anyway, they booked it for repairs.

I then waited for an sms telling me my phone is ready to be collected but i never received it till today 5th of November 2017. I just came out of the store, the consultant told she can only send an email to the supplier so that they deal with me there is nothing she can do. So dissapointing as i thought they would replace it since the 21 days period has ellapsed.

I asked to speak to the manager, She told me he is not availble. I then asked who is available,she said NO ONE! just like that.
