Highly disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Telkom Menlyn. A sales person named Nomsa was supposed to cancel my cellphone contract but failed to do so. When I sought assistance from the manager, they were unwilling to help or reach a compromise. This level of customer service is unacceptable. As a result, I have decided to close all my contracts with Telkom, despite being a loyal customer for more than 2 years. I expected more professionalism and support, and I hope this issue is addressed to prevent other customers from facing similar frustrations.
