HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

I have a deal with Telkom for a month to month data plan for R 499.00. I requested to make all my payments manually but they loaded a debit order, so I made my first payment on the 01/10/2016 and they debited me on the 03/10/2016 for the same amount so I reversed it. I went into Telkom store on the 22/10/2016 to enquire & make sure that no debit order will go through this month, then the system showed that I owe them R 738.00 for the following month and when I asked why as it's supposed to be R499 as per agreement, then Wentzel informed me that they charged me for the debit I previously reversed @ R200 then I logged a dispute and also asked he to make sure no debit run through. I then went to Woolworth to pay my account for this month on that day for R 500. They have to day ran another debit for R 600 through my account and now it's overdrawn. The response for dispute is as follows:

Dear Mr. Allister Atwell, a dispute has been created on your account no. *********** on 10/24/2016 2:47:46 PM. The ref. no is ********** 1.We apologise for the inconvenience and will endeavour to resolve your dispute as soon as possible.Regards, Telkom.

I want this resolved!
