High school without communication

This is more an enquiry then a complaint. The telephone lines at Tafelsig High School has been down for more then 2 months now due to the cables being ******. I understand that it is out of your control but please come up with a solution as this is an education institution and they need their phones. The school cannot be run by the principal and her staff on their personal cellphones. I am just a concerned parent who think that this situation is ridiculous.
