High Latency issue not resolved??
Guys it is more than a week that i struggle with my internet, it got high latency the whole time and cannot work like this. One of your technicians called me stating they will fix the problem, they see a lot of congestion on my line, with the name Kevin.
Guys please help me in this regard, it is becoming a nuisance, and will make that i am looking for different internet. Fix the problem
