High customer service deserves appreciation!
A review of appreciation to Ms Tshego Mogadire who assisted me in March 2024 with steps towards payment of my debt from Telkom mobile contract. I had called to see if I could make a payment arrangement amidst my financial difficulty. She was able to take me step by step on how I accumulated my debt over the passed months. She even told me about the 40% 30% 30% arrangement so that my lines could be opened. I did make a first payment right away. She is matured, kind and has a clear ear of listening. Good customer skills and etiquette. Able to hold a constructive conversation and go out of her way to offer services that could be useful to clients like me. Awesome service!

29 Apr 2024, 08:36However, what a useless service I have just received this morning. It's very difficult to be assisted by someone who does not know what her company offers. I had made the payment of R1000 on 25 March and was also debited by collections R1200+ by Telkom collections. But when I called this morning to see what telkom could do for me to open my *** lines...this consultant who called herself Nosipho Mbanjwa kept me on the line time and again and she had to keep asking from someone about every little thing.. she had nothing to offer except that the amount that was debited by collection was short of approximately R80 and I must first pay this amount before they could do anything for me. What a poor service. Someone who talks over the customer and has no ear to listen to the customer's plea. She seems to be in need of training as well. Sad how the same company can have competent and *********** consultants at the same time. I'm disappointed and I can't wait to remove myself from Telkom Mobiile as soon as this contract ends.. I will consider cutting service with Telkom from my family and loved ones as well.. What a waste of time this morning! If it wasn't for the consultant who helped me previously, I would have written this review and rated it with 1 star!
