High billing

I have been trying to get a statement for the last two months and no one is assisting me.(and I am not talking about a 1 month invoice! I want a statement that shows my billing from when I started the contact!) Not one agent from this company is able to explain to me the billing. They are just useless I get different amounts from them every time I call.
