High bill

Can some please explain why my bill is R2100 coz i cant understand it myself, i'v called u guys multiple times and last month u even had the audacity to suspend my 2 contracts and i had paid earlier. Why the hell should i pay for you guy's incompetence. I'v had this contract for 2 years and I have never had a problem till recently and its annoying like hell. You love inconveniencing people. On top of that you charged me R 400 for account subscription, for u trying to debit an account i paid. I need those to be removed from my bill
