Hidden Costs

<p>I recently took a contract with a haiuwee router. The contract was 10gig any time and 5 gig night surfer.</p> <p>I was told once the data was depleted the internet with cut off. I got a huge surprise and shock when I saw my latest bill which billed me R665 for data that was out of bundle.</p> <p>R250 was used for my tablet and the balance my new contract.</p> <p>I was not aware that after the data has been depleted there is additional costs for out of bundle. I was told and also stipluated that once the data is finished thats it.</p> <p>I have had my tablet contract for 26 months, no1, i requested on the 5th May to not continue but am still getting billed and further more first time get additional data charges.</p> <p>Please resolve these 2 additional costs for i did not accpet aand request any extra data once depleted.
