hidden cost

I took a contract with Telkom through mobile talk in January for R99, but now the bill is more than what I agreed on, I've been calling their call centre since April to resolve the bill with no luck, today I called in and spoke to Sandile the floor mananger who didn't know mobile talk, he told that I need to take the matter to mobile talk while telkom is the one billing me, I regret ever taking this contract as it brought me too much stress.
