Hi Telkom....Once again

So still no feedback on calls that were logged. At least one guy from cape town phoned to confirm if the issue was sorted. Although it couldn't be sorted as both landline and adsl is still down. Please get this sorted. Received an sms from telkom stating that they will be onsite between 12 and 2.... yesterday. Still nothing. The lack of urgency and service is truly amazing. Keep up the ****py work
