Hi... Telkom billing...

Hi... Telkom billing is useless, I called them and went to my nearest telkom office to as for a paid-up letter a weekend ago..., for what I paid for on the 18th August 2023 and the lady said she can't find the account or people I paid via, which I can't understand because that info should be on their system and why haven't they updated my account... Today I can't buy a because of them.
