Hi. I had insurance with Telkom, for a cell phone. Since 2016. Lost the phone and tried to claim but the new insurance company says, l cancelled my insurance last year in May. I never did that.If I did, where is a letter or e mail confirmation of the cancelation.? When I go to the Telkom shop, they tell me my policy still exists. The new insurance is called Admin plus. I am very frustrated with both.
