Hey i've been 3 months for telkom to install my rental line when they eventually came they said they can't install my line and got this a sms to say my contract has been cancelled

I'll never recommend anyone to use their services this is the sms i got "Dear Telkom Customer, order ********** 23A has been cancelled due to infrastructure constraints. We would however, like to offer FLLA as a wireless alternative. Should you be interested in the product, please visit your nearest Telkom Direct shop or log onto www.telkom.co.za or for more information."
