Here we go again

I have been paying my internet every month for almost a year now and never skipped a month, now there had been charges added which I have no idea where it comes from R298! Cause of debit charges. I was told if I pay that my internet connection will be on. What a ****ing lie !!!!! I paid R300 and nothing . All o get is that the system is automatic!!! Go tell that to your ****ing dead mom or ****!!! I want my connection on !! ASAP
