helpful staff

I would like to say thank you to some of the telkom staff who did an excellent job in helping me sort out my problems I have been experiencing with adsl. Verushka @n1 city for her friendly and helpful attitude in placing my order. To Howard based at primrose park depot who made an effort to get a technician to sort out my line at Crawford exchange. You really went the extra mile. To Ismail and Terence who works at the crawford exchange thank you for sorting out my problem so promptly. And lastly the call centre agent Tshediso who was quite helpful in getting me on line. This was a positive experience for me after all the hassle..so well done to all of you for your excellent service and helpful attitude. My problem was sorted out in one day. I am impressed.
