Helpful employee at Telkom.

Although I am very unhappy with Telkom because I was contacted on 2February and offered a new deal with my fibre including canceling my land-line. My latest account shows that this has not been done. HOWEVER, I went into the LA Lucia Branch with my tale of woe and was helped by the most delightful young lady Shamira who personally phoned the various departments and hopefully Telkom will sort their side out. She asked me to come back when I get my next account and will then help with the reimbur*****t. Even if the powers that be at Telkom are slack they have at least ONE very helpful employee.
