Helped with voucher problem

I have just been assisted by one of the most helpful people at Telkom. I had an issue with a R50 voucher which was giving me problems, called and was assisted by Michael Hajee, who was very knowledgeable and friendly at the same time, making it feel like he really wanted to assist me. He even offered to call me back as their system was down. I really hope that he is appreciated by Telkom!
