Help with telkom

Telkom!! It's know nearly 2 weeks that our landlines and wifi is dead / off!! Apparently the cables is ******. Can it take 2 weeks to fix a problem??? Your service on call center is USELESS!!!! Hendrina MP. PLEASE FIX THE BLADY PROBLEM. GET PEOPLE WHO KNOWS THERE JOB TO FIX IT!!!!!

Next problem!! We will not pay for the days that the line is not working!!! AND WHO IS GOING TO HELP WITH THAT????
