Help with information: Want to hand over Telkom to my lawyer.

I would like the details of Telkom's Legal department so I may hand over this issue to my lawyer. My request for closing my account since 7 December 2017 still not attended to. Today I received another bill from Telkom. How long before Telkom blacklist me? It is highly frustrating and very concerning.
