HELP TELKOM PLEASE

This is the second time that I have written on hello peter in a week, you guys gave me a reference number SM206497 and I still haven't heard from you guys regarding my complaint. Besides that Telkom came to fix my line at my new house as we requested a number to be moved on the 29th of January already , Telkom came out but they moved the business number to the new house not my old residential number So we are now sitting with the business line at the business and not our old residential number, we are loosing a lot of business because of Telkom's Incompetency. We are passed giving u as much as we explain to Telkom what has happened no one seems to understand.. Please can someone urgently give me a call, Im not waiting 54 hours for a response I need a response TODAY..
