HELP Telkom is robbing us! We want our money Back

TelkomSA are ******! I had a land-line and ADSL with them on a month to month basis. I had to pay R700 up front as a deposit. I then moved wanted them to move my line but they told me that my new area has no infrastructure for ADSL. I then order a wireless option but never heard anything from them until I decided to cancel and requested my deposit back. It's been Three months. Every time you call in they tell you they will escalate, escalate. That's the "Special word" Telkom uses. When you want to cancel or refund Telkom runs away with people's money until they the loose patience. This is very wrong and *******. I don't even have a contract with Telkom, all I had was a month to month deal. But they don't want with my money. Please help me and the rest of people ****** by Telkom South Africa.
