HELP PLEASE

THE poorest service provider EVER!!! I have been trying for months to cancel my account and all I get is reference numbers!! In the meantime the account accumulates monthly and I've lost my work due to COVID. I DON'T have the money to pay this account and NOTHING gets done to help me!!! I seriously want somebody to contact me ASAP regarding account ***.
