Help Please

My MIL app**** for a Telkom contract yesterday and was contacted within 2 hours of the application. She asked the consultant to contact me to confirm certain details as I handle most of her business affairs and she gave my cell number, but as of yet, no-one has called. Could Someone please advise what is going on and what I can do to assist with this contract, she also wants to add to the contract.
