Help please!

I have had in Internet account with Telkom for about 15 years, but I don't need it any more, so I am trying to cancel it, but perhaps because it is so old it is not available for cancellation when I log in to your website. I am also not able to call your helpline because I don't have access to a landline. I would appreciate some help please. Many thanks.
