Help needed but telkom refuses

I have been haavong issuess with telkom since the 23rd of May. Till told i have not had any answers or resolutions to my queries.

Insyead they have now blocked my sim card. Yet im still being billed. I received a message say my contract has successfulky been canceled but i never requested this.

I have requested numerous call backs but never received a call. I cant get in touch with anyone who can assist me. When i go to the branch they tell me they cant help me or how do i go about geting assistance from telkom.

Who gives them the right to cancel my contract or block my sim.

They receive their payments monthly with no issues. And theres never a manager Available to assist with anything,.
