HELP MEE!!!

<p>Went to Telkom in Menlyn, excited to buy a laptop.</p> <p>Greeted by a lady who seems to be very excited anout the day (sarcasm).</p> <p>She referred me to the counter where I enquired about a laptop deal.</p> <p> </p> <p>I enquired about the specs of the laptop but she did not know. I asked to see the box so I could get the part number, but was told I am not allowed. I waited for her to return with the part number, it was not correct.</p> <p>All the time she is resting her head in the one hand whilst trying her utmost best not to fall asleep, although it would nit have made a difference to me anyway.</p> <p>I asked to speak to the manager to ask permission to see the box. After waiting he assisted another customer that had arrived after me.</p> <p>When the customer pointed out that I should be helped first the manager responded with: "surely he can wait".</p> <p> </p> <p>Amazing. I left the desolate store and went next door to Vodacom where it was really busy. I wS assisted immediately!</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom lost a customer not only today but in the future.</p>
