HELP ME WITH TELKOM INEFFICIENCY

I had a Telkom Data only contract in Stellenbosch which I cancelled when I moved to Cape Town. I thought all was well until some ****bag debt collectors start harassing me with threats of issuing summons . I then found out that Telkom in their wisdom had started billing me for a telephone line . This had never been billed before . They cannot figure out how to correct this and the ****bag debt collectors cannot be reached by emailor any other means , they simply hit and run and dont retrn calls .
