HELP ME LEAVE A DEFUNCT TELKOM

I have been trying to get service for over a month now, to no avail. I am now trying to cancel my Basic E-Mail Accounts as well as Port my two domains to another provider. My emails although responded to with a case number, receive no attention, When calling every contact number that Telkom has, not one agent can locate my account number on the system, and they just cut the call as the effort is probbaly too much. How do I LEAVE TELKOM I AM BEGGING ON MY KNEES - PLEASE HELP ME LEAVE...
