HELP ME CLEAR MY NAME!! Pathetic service

i found out that someone took out 2 contracts for blackberry phones in my name at telkom of which i have never had an account with them. I was told to open a case with SAPS and get a case number in order for them to be able to open an investigation for me. I opened the case on the 25/02/2015 and went to Telkom to have it submitted, i was then told to wait until they contact me with feedback, but i have been going there every month since then with no joy, they always say they will call me. This is now ridiculous now as it has been now 6 months with no acknowledgement or promise that someone is dealing with this case for me. My life is now on a stand still because of this, I went on the 04/06/2015 again on the 25/06/2015 spoke to Gladys then today 06/08/2015 spoke to Buyi still nothing is being done ( Case Number: ***5)
