HELP

We have been trying to get help from Telkom to 3years now never got the help we needed. My husband had a contract from Telkom and paid it up but they kept on pulling money even after he was done than he had to reverse every time cause they was nothing they could do to help us. Now we trying to buy a house only to find we are decline because of Telkom handed us over to Credit bureaus for Nothing. When we call they promise that it is done up until to do. What do we need to do to get the help cause we are stuck with no help plus not even getting the paid up letter to clear your mess Telkom? HELP HELP HELP
